  Rankin St. Deli is a neighborhood staple of downtown Elizabeth and the seaport area. The name is easy to remember as, you guessed it, it's on Rankin St.
  
  They offer a variety of breakfast and lunch options whether it be their homemade soups, burgers, wraps, sandwiches and subs as well as extremely tasty Puerto rican snacks such as croquettes, empanadas (!!!), pasteles, alcapurrias, papas rellenas, and more.
  
  They have a rotating daily special board offering local favorites such as Cuban sandwiches, carne guisada on Mondays, and more.
