  Angel Nails & spa II is dirty, incompetent, hostile, unsocial, unprofessional and offensively impolite. Went in as a 1st time customer & definitely not a welcoming atmosphere. Do NOT go to this place as the service is unprofessional & roaches were crawling on the floor. On top of that prices are not competitive at all!
