  Ceviche was very tasty and fresh, so was the seafood and rice. With that said, the service was non-existent, the pompous ponytail guy was rude, it took close to 30 minutes to get the check, they place a prefixed tip on the dinner for two people and when asked about it, the rude answer is it's on the door. If you want to be ignored you can go here and be frustrated
