  Staff here at the Elizabeth location have a nasty attitude and when I asked for help. Staff doesn’t know how to clean the inside of the machines there was still powder residue from another person inside the machine and it caused our 3 machines to overflow in soap and we had to wash it another time and it still was filled with soap and I had to clean inside the top of the machine .My sister use to work at the location in Elizabeth ave and they cleaned there machines at certain times and there was never black mold behind the softener and Clorox hole. There was a bunch of soap on the inside. When I told the staff she said she could only reset one because then the company will think she is stealing the money. So I had to pay out of my pocket again $8.99 each machine. Instead of helping she gave us attitude.

  Nice size machines they are always cleaning but the bad thing is that when people leave their machines unattended and it stops they don't remove the clothes for other people to use them.
