  I'm aware this company has two locations. I ordered from this location and for someone reading this, the W. Elizabeth Ave. location has better ratings. That being said, I still give this location 5 stars. I used them last year and I plan to use them again later this year. Their prices can't be beat, and they have a huge selection of items and services. I placed an order just a week before planning an event and I was never told they couldn't fulfill my order or that my order was too small. When my rentals were delivered, they actually arrived on the dot. And I got a call prior to their arrival. The gentlemen didn't complain when I asked them to drive to the back closer to where I needed to set up and they stored my rentals without complaint (I set up the following day). I just had to sit back and direct them. What more could you ask for? None of the rentals were dirty, no pieces were missing. We reviewed each individual item, and my quote right there. It was affordable and stress-free. No extra costs, no drama.
