  Horrible customer service!!!!! The manager is rude and disrespectful..today I went to buy a dog pretzel for my daughter and my daughter ate the sausage and I ate the pretzel when I was chewing it on the pretzel there was a peace of rock that broke one of my teeth ., I went to the store and tried to talk to the manager and she said she was busy and asked me if I could go back in half an hour I told her it was ok., when I went back she insisted that she was busy and I told her ok I will wait seconds later she started to make fun of me with the rest of the employees one of them name is( Wilmar) on the afternoon shift .so I went back to her and told her are you going to talk to me or do I have to contact consumer affairs and she said that if wasn’t their problem if my teeth broke with a pretzel that it was only wheat flour and that if I had my teeth broke and I was blaming them..!! I told her that what type of manager was her to say that I was making up things and she said what kind of person are you .really!??? What kind of manager is HER to argue with customers instead of helping them and resolving their issues... worst experience ever and for sure I will escalate this to the next level I will make a complain ....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
