  Overall, it's a good experience with friendly, courteous staff. However, there are two significant strikes against it. 1. First floor bathrooms: The smell of old, built up sewage resonates here. The sinks have hot and cold timed faucets barely allowing any time to wash and that have to be pushed down to reuse. Finally, the bathroom door can't be pushed, but needs to be turned - it also opens out. 2. Coffee shop prices: Seriously, three dollars for a selzer.
