  Terrible service. I received their number from my NY State Farm agent. I called regarding a property policy in New Jersey. I asked for David Caruba, but they gave me another agent to assist me - Claudia....I guess David is too busy to honor new client phone calls. I answered a bunch of questions. Then Claudia rang me back a few days later with a few more questions. And then nothing for a week. I called back and she was on the phone and the admin said she will return my phone call - never happened. Now its a week later, I called back and she is on the phone. I guess we will see if she calls back. Common courtesy in 2016 is for a business to call back clients...even if they don't want the business for some reason. If you appreciate good service, stay away from this agency.
