  I went to this store in Elizabeth Jersey Garden Mall to buy my 10 Anniversary wedding ring. At first everything was good.After I paid for the ring and I leaved the ring for sizing it was really a nightmare. And finally, when I pick up my ring it was really scratched .

  The workers were so nice and patient! I came with my boyfriend to buy a piece I had seen online and went to Kay's first. I had the worst experience there and felt so belittled. I should've come to Jared from the beginning! They explained everything so perfectly and made me feel so comfortable. They just gained a forever customer! I loved the experience!!
  
  Ps: They even apologized for Kay's..
