  Don't rent here. They will keep your deposit! I gave 3 months notice about moving out and according to the lease the security deposit is to be returned within 30 days! I have called and emailed consistently with no reply. They are notorious for not returning deposits. They will exhaust you until you finally give up about getting your deposit back. DO NOT RENT HERE!
